The Granville Schools Wellness Committee is charged with developing a wellness policy, including guidelines for nutrition education, physical activity, nutrition guidelines, other school based activities and mental health. The committee is made up of school administrators, parents and community members, many of whom have specific expertise in the areas of nutrition, fitness and exercise. The Wellness Committee is committed to work cooperatively with school personnel, food service providers, students, parents and the community to enhance learning and development of lifelong wellness practices.
