GHS Names 2013 Cum Laude Society Inductees
Granville High School welcomed sixteen juniors into the Cum Laude Society during the underclassmen awards ceremony, Thursday night, May 23.

Free Sports Physicals Start Next Week
Licking Memorial is offering free sports physicals for girls and boys grades 7-12. The first clinics begin next week.

Written nominations are now being accepted for the Jody Van Tine Educator Hall of Honor.

This award is presented annually by the Granville Exempted Village School District to any individual or individuals who have distinguished themselves by their contribution toward the growth and education of the students in this community. These individuals do not have to be employees of the district, but anyone who has met the above criteria by “contributing toward the growth and education of the students in this community.”
 
Granville High School senior to receive "Top Scholar-Athletes" award
Seth Stahl, a senior at Granville High School, has been selected by The Columbus Dispatch to receive a "Top Scholar-Athletes" award for the 2012-2013 school year.  
Granville Education Foundation grant recipients announced
The Granville Education Foundation (GEF) has released the names of recipients and awards granted for Spring 2013. Each year the GEF reviews grant submissions by educators from the Granville Schools district and selects projects based on new and innovative ideas. This year the GEF has selected five projects to fund.
