ProgressBook Parent Access Password Change

We want to inform you of a password policy change for the ProgressBook Parent Access. The password must now be a minimum of 8 characters in length. If you need to reset your password, you will not be able to reuse a shorter password that you have used in the past.

To summarize:

• Working accounts don’t appear to be affected by this change
• New accounts must have a password that is a minimum of 8 characters
• If you have forgotten your password and need to reset it, it must also now be 8 characters
