We will present Last Day of School by Ian McWethy. Last Day of School takes place on the last day of school when a senior student takes over the morning announcements, daring everyone to do something bold and unexpected! For some students, this means asking out that girl that they’ve always had a crush on, or finally confronting someone they hate. For others, it’s as simple as climbing the rope in gym without throwing up. Last Day of School follows these students on their quests to finish high school without having any regrets. Through a series of interconnected scenes, misconceptions, grudges, and secret crushes come out into the open in hilarious and surprisingly touching ways.
