Updating Contact Information
Any family that needs to update contact information, can do so in PowerSchool. Each student's forms will need to be updated in PowerSchool > Forms, then complete Contact Update form. Any families that have changed addresses will also need to upload proof of their new residency in Granville – two forms of residency (e.g., new lease/deed, change of address form with post office, utility bill). To upload the documents, you will need to go to "Contacts Update". Families also can contact the Transportation Department by emailing [email protected] to obtain new bus information.
Don't forget to sign up for building newsletters when your children progress up to a new building! To do this, visit www.granvilleschools.org and then click on "Departments" at the top of the page. Choose "Communication" and then click on the left under "Subscribe to District and School News". You also may unsubscribe from any building newsletters by choosing that school and clicking "unsubscribe" or contact Janelle King at the District Office at [email protected].
