Convenience Fee Change Information

 

For several years, Granville Schools have used the online PayForIt system for parents to remit class fees and to fund lunch accounts for their students. PayForIt charges a convenience fee for each transaction, which in the past has been absorbed by the school district. The cost to the district of the fees was nearly $50,000 last year. Due to budgetary restraints Granville School will no longer be able to absorb that cost for parents. Parents using PayForIt for fees and lunch accounts will see the convenience charges added to the amount of the transactions on their credit card bills. You will be able to continue to use personal checks or cash to pay both school fees and lunch charges.
