A new website is just one of several technology updates planned for the new school year at Granville Schools.
Our website has been redesigned with a fresh new look and has been updated with information about district programs and events. Look for more content additions and updates as we strive to keep the website dynamic and current.
In August, the district will introduce a new Parent Portal, a one-stop shop for all your student’s school information. With one secured login, parents will have access to Progress Book (PIV), Pay-for-It, student schedules including class assignments, bus routes, standardized test scores, customized school news and more. Every Granville Schools family will receive a letter soon detailing how to access the new Parent Portal.
The district will also introduce a new call-out system in September. SchoolMessenger is a leading notification system, used to connect with parents, students and staff through voice, SMS text, email and social media.
The new system will provide the district with enhanced features and greater flexibility, while providing the district savings over the previous service provider.
